Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with 4 liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add Extras (Optional): Fold in 1/4 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit if desired.
Fill Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin liners.
Bake: baking tike around 18-20 minutes. However, you need to keep watching and trying. To test, insert a toothpick in the muffins, and if it comes clean then muffins are ready.
Cool and Serve: Cool them in the tin for 5 minutes. After that, transfer them to a wire rack to complete the cooling
