  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream for moisture
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional, for sweetness

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8-inch square pan or cast-iron skillet.
