Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups sturdy tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works great
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 fresh jalapeño thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
  • ½ cup salsa or sour cream optional, for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
  3. Top with shredded chicken and sprinkle cheese generously over everything.
  4. Bake for about 8–10 minutes, until the cheese melts and bubbles.
  5. Remove from oven and add fresh jalapeño slices and diced tomatoes.
  6. Garnish with cilantro if you like. Serve hot with salsa or sour cream on the side.
