Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
- Top with shredded chicken and sprinkle cheese generously over everything.
- Bake for about 8–10 minutes, until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Remove from oven and add fresh jalapeño slices and diced tomatoes.
- Garnish with cilantro if you like. Serve hot with salsa or sour cream on the side.
