Ingredients
  

  • 1 prepared pizza dough 12–14 inch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or white garlic sauce
  • 8 oz ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded or sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or minced garlic

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it too.
  2. Sear steak in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes until just browned. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onions and peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
  4. Stretch the dough into a thin circle on a baking sheet or pizza peel.
  5. Brush with olive oil or spread a thin layer of white garlic sauce.
  6. Add a layer of mozzarella, then distribute steak, onions, and peppers.
  7. Top with provolone (shredded or slices).
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Cool for 2–3 minutes, slice, and serve!
