  • 2 cups coconut milk or any plant-based milk
  • 2 –3 tsp maple syrup honey, or agave (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Toppings (optional):
  • Fresh fruits berries, banana, mango
  • Nuts or seeds
  • Shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir well to avoid clumps.
  3. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and add your favorite toppings.
