For the Chicken Kebabs:
- 500 g boneless chicken breast or thighs cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 wooden or metal skewers
For the Wraps:
- 4 pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- Optional: 1/2 cup tzatziki or garlic yogurt sauce
