Step 1: Prepare the Chicken and Veggies

- In a separate skillet, add a little olive oil or butter and heat over medium-low.

- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.

- Roll the burrito tightly, folding in the sides as you go.

- For a warm and crispy burrito, place the rolled burritos seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

- Plate the burritos and top with a dollop of sour cream, a drizzle of salsa, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
