For the Chocolate Crepes:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter plus more for cooking
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the Filling & Topping:
- 1/2 cup Nutella or more as needed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- Powdered sugar optional, for dusting
- Whipped cream optional
Make the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Let rest for 15–30 minutes.
Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly butter it. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to spread thin. Cook 1–2 minutes per side. Repeat.
