Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta elbow or rotini
  • 1 can 5–6 oz tuna in water or oil, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup peas frozen or fresh
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add tuna, chopped veggies, and peas to the bowl.
  • Toss in the pasta and stir everything until well combined and creamy.
  • Chill for 20–30 minutes, then garnish with herbs and serve.
