Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the polenta into fry-shaped sticks (about ½ inch thick).
- Toss fries gently with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle Parmesan after baking (optional).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
