Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll 18 oz / 500g cooked polenta (store-bought or homemade, chilled and firm)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Marinara or aioli for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the polenta into fry-shaped sticks (about ½ inch thick).
  3. Toss fries gently with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan after baking (optional).
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
