Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms optional
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to warm up.
  • Flatten the dough on a lightly floured surface to your preferred thickness, then place it on parchment paper.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough and top it with shredded mozzarella.
  • Make four small indentations in the cheese and gently crack an egg into each one.
  • Add optional toppings such as bacon and mushrooms, then season with salt and black pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, then carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment paper) onto the hot stone or baking tray.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg whites are firm while the yolks remain slightly runny.
  • Take the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley, slice, and serve warm.
