Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, coconut cream, and plant milk in a bowl until just combined.
- Form the dough into a round. Flatten slightly and cut into 4–6 wedges or shape into rounds.
- Place scones on the tray. Optional: brush tops with plant milk.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
