Method
- Wash and dry the spinach. Place in a large salad bowl.
- Add halved figs on top of the spinach.
- Sprinkle toasted walnuts and crumbled goat cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Toss gently or serve as is.
