Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 fresh figs halved
  • 6 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ cup walnuts toasted
  • ½ cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the spinach. Place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add halved figs on top of the spinach.
  3. Sprinkle toasted walnuts and crumbled goat cheese.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  6. Toss gently or serve as is.
