Ingredients
  

For the Crepes:
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
For the Filling:
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 4 –5 strawberries sliced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 small orange peeled and segmented
For the Topping:
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream to melt chocolate
  • Optional: rainbow sprinkles or powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Make the Batter: Whisk flour, egg, milk, water, butter, and salt until smooth. Let rest 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl to cover. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Repeat.
  3. Prep the Filling: Slice all fruits and set aside.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: Heat chocolate and milk in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. Stir well.
  5. Assemble: Fill each crepe with sliced fruit, fold, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. Serve: Add sprinkles or powdered sugar if desired. Serve immediately.
