For the Crepes:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Pinch of salt
For the Filling:
- 1 banana sliced
- 4 –5 strawberries sliced
- 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 small orange peeled and segmented
For the Topping:
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 tbsp milk or cream to melt chocolate
- Optional: rainbow sprinkles or powdered sugar
Make the Batter: Whisk flour, egg, milk, water, butter, and salt until smooth. Let rest 10 minutes.
Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl to cover. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Repeat.
Prep the Filling: Slice all fruits and set aside.
Melt the Chocolate: Heat chocolate and milk in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. Stir well.
Assemble: Fill each crepe with sliced fruit, fold, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
