Ingredients
  

  • 500 g 1.1 lb fresh calamari, cleaned and cut into rings or strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 wooden or metal skewers
  • Lemon wedges for serving
