Method
- Wash and cut peaches in half. Remove the pits.
- Brush the cut sides with melted butter or oil.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly on the peaches.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place peaches cut side down on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until softened and caramelized.
- Serve warm with your choice of topping.
