Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe but firm peaches
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream Greek yogurt, or whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut peaches in half. Remove the pits.
  2. Brush the cut sides with melted butter or oil.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly on the peaches.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. Place peaches cut side down on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until softened and caramelized.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of topping.
