Ingredients
  

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika optional

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

1. Prep the Salmon

  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Grill the Salmon

  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked and lightly charred.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce

  • In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve

  • Place salmon on plates and spoon the warm creamy sauce over the top. Serve with steamed veggies or rice.
