Method
1. Prep the Salmon
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Grill the Salmon
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill salmon skin-side down for 4β5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3β4 minutes until fully cooked and lightly charred.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce
- In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3β4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve
- Place salmon on plates and spoon the warm creamy sauce over the top. Serve with steamed veggies or rice.
