- 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika optional
For the Creamy Sauce:

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
