Ingredients
  

  • 400 g 14 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 500 g 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Optional: chili flakes or grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta in salted water until it's tender but still firm to the bite..
  • In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high temperature. Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
  • Toss the cooked pasta with a little olive oil (or butter, if you like), and add grilled shrimp on top.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, a sprinkle of chili flakes or Parmesan if desired.
