Boil the pasta in salted water until it's tender but still firm to the bite..
In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high temperature. Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Toss the cooked pasta with a little olive oil (or butter, if you like), and add grilled shrimp on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley, a sprinkle of chili flakes or Parmesan if desired.
