As soon as it starts boiling, reduce lower the heat. the soup cook gently for 30–45 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
- Ladle the soup into bowls while hot. Garnish with fresh parsley or croutons. complete this meal with bread or rice.
