Step 1: Make the Batter
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Slowly add flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter.
- Whisk until you have a thin, lump-free batter.
- Let batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Crepes
- Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan and quickly swirl to coat evenly.
- Cook until lightly golden, about 1 minute per side.
- Repeat until all batter is used, stacking crepes as you go.
Step 3: Serve
- Fold or roll crepes.
- Top generously with fresh berries.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
