How to Make Fried Nachos
  1. Cut Tortillas: Cut corn tortillas into triangles or strips.
  2. Heat Oil: Pour vegetable oil into a deep pan. Heat to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Fry Tortillas: Add tortilla pieces in small batches. Fry for 1–2 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain and Salt: Remove and place on paper towels. Sprinkle salt while hot.
