Preparing the Ingredients
- Use water and wash the radishes carefuly to remove any dirt.
- Peel the radishes if you prefer a milder flavor, though the skin is edible.
- Slice the radishes into thin rounds or chunks for quicker cooking.
- Use choped the onion and minced garlic for added flavor.
Cooking the Soup
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil and heat them in a pot over medium heat.
- Chop onion and garlic, then Sauté them about 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Add the radishes to the pot and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes to soften them slightly.
- Add 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth. Boil the mixture, then let it simmer for 15–20 minutes until the radishes are tender.
- Use an appropriate blender or transfer the soup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
