- 500 g 1 lb mussel meat (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
Thaw & Drain: If using frozen mussels, thaw them in the fridge and drain excess water.
