- Thaw & Drain: If using frozen mussels, thaw them in the fridge and drain excess water.
- Heat Oil: Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook Mussels: Add mussel meat to the pan. Stir and cook for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
- Add Flavor: Pour in lemon juice and optional broth. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with bread, rice, or pasta.
