  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 red bell peppers sliced
  • 1 head of garlic halved horizontally
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
