For the Tuna Steaks:
- 4 tuna steaks about 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika or chili powder optional
For the Tropical Salsa:
- 1 cup pineapple diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber diced
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeño minced (optional)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- Pinch of salt
For the Guacamole:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato diced
