- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Spread the asparagus in a single layer.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes until tender and lightly crisp.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan over the asparagus during the last 2 minutes of roasting.
- Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over before serving.
