Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups watermelon diced
  • 2 cups mango diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup jicama or cucumber diced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tbsp Tajin or other chili-lime seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chamoy optional
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and dice all fruits into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Divide the fruit evenly into 4 clear cups or bowls.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over each serving.
  4. Sprinkle Tajin and a pinch of salt on top.
  5. Drizzle chamoy if using.
