Method
Prepare the Bread Bowl
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the edges.
Make the Dip
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan.
- Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fill and Bake
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl.
- Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Serve and Enjoy
- Serve with the removed bread pieces, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
Tip: Add extra shredded cheese on top for a golden, cheesy crust!
