cooked spinach
chopped and drained

marinated artichokes
chopped

cream cheese
softened

sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Bread Bowl
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the edges.
Make the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fill and Bake
Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl.
Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Serve and Enjoy
Serve with the removed bread pieces, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

Tip
: Add extra shredded cheese on top for a golden, cheesy crust!
