Ingredients
  

  • 1 round loaf of sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cooked spinach chopped and drained
  • 1 cup marinated artichokes chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Bread Bowl
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the edges.
Make the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  2. Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fill and Bake
  1. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl.
  2. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Serve with the removed bread pieces, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

Notes

Tip: Add extra shredded cheese on top for a golden, cheesy crust!
