Ingredients
  

  • 1 round loaf of sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cooked spinach chopped and drained
  • 1 cup marinated artichokes chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Bread Bowl

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the edges.

Make the Dip

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  • Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Fill and Bake

  • Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl.
  • Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve with the removed bread pieces, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

Notes

Tip: Add extra shredded cheese on top for a golden, cheesy crust!
