Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 5 oz each tuna in water or oil, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion or green onion finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
  • 1 hard-boiled egg chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickles or relish
  • Fresh parsley or dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Drain the tuna well and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped celery and onions.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
