- 2 cans 5 oz each tuna in water or oil, drained
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
- 1 celery stalk finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion or green onion finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
- 1 hard-boiled egg chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickles or relish
- Fresh parsley or dill chopped
Drain the tuna well and place it in a mixing bowl.
