  • 1 large vegan pizza crust or 2 medium-sized crusts
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups vegan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup red onions thinly sliced
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
