Method
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese over the sauce.
- Add the bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, and spinach as toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese has melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
