Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup pizza sauce tomato-based
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup fresh mushrooms sliced
  • ½ medium zucchini sliced into thin rounds
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ½ cup small broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup sweet corn kernels canned or cooked
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves a small handful
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Place it on a pizza stone or baking tray.
  3. Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.
  4. Add Veggie Toppings: Arrange mushrooms, zucchini slices, olives, broccoli, corn, and tomato slices evenly over the cheese.
  5. Season and Drizzle: Lightly season with salt and pepper. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the toppings.
  6. Bake: Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust turns golden and the cheese melts and bubbles.
  7. Finish with Basil: Remove from oven. Top with fresh basil leaves just before serving.
