Step1: Prepare the Batter
  1. In a bowl, mix together the salt, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder.
  2. In a second bowl, mix the egg, melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix wet ingredients dry ingredients while keep stirring gently until combined. The batter should not be overmixed.
