Prepare Lettuce: Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Set aside.
Cook Beef: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add Flavor: Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Season: Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the beef. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Assemble Wraps: Place beef mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle cilantro on top and add chili flakes or sriracha if you like spice. Serve immediately.
