- 16 ounces 1 pound of button or cremini mushrooms (cleaned and trimmed)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional, for added freshness
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
