Method
- Preheat your grill, oven (to 400°F / 200°C), or skillet.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 6–7 minutes per side (grill/skillet) or 20 minutes in the oven.
- Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes. Add brown sugar if desired.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
